There's a lot of work to be done in the ministry! Bishop and Elect Lady Johnson appreciate and thank the Kingdom Builders of MTCOF. Your work, contribution, and dedication are greatly appreciated and necessary for the ministry to continue to serve the community and to help spread the Good News.
Whether you want to offer your talent in service to the church body, or just want to fellowship, MTCOF has a dynamic and diverse team of ministries in service to the Lord Jesus Christ. Church Mothers set an example for younger congregants (especially women) in a number of ways. For example, they may dress in a certain way to demonstrate appropriately conservative Christian attire. Church Mothers also refrain from gossiping and idleness and aspire to Christlike character and actions in all circumstances. Additionally, Church Mothers are expected to raise their children to be godly and to act with integrity.

Ensure that there is not an excessive amount of talking or walking while the church service is in progress and assist with the offering.
Nursing Home Ministry
MTCOF Nursing Home Ministry is a caring ministry, helping people of all ages who find themselves confined to an adult care facility. Most adult care facilities do not have a chaplain on staff and lack the necessary transportation services needed to transport patients to the physical church building.
The physical and social needs of the residents are usually met, but often the spiritual needs are not met. Many residents are lonely, unhappy, and even depressed. Family and friends are gone or live a great distance away. The residents do have emotional and spiritual needs which we are equipped to meet.

We seek ministry volunteers who have given evidence they trust Jesus as their Saviour, who desire to minister in adult care facilities, and who have demonstrated experience and skills in sharing the gospel and showing genuine concern for the spiritual needs of seniors.
